GOLDSILVER.BE works in respect of the European law of distant selling ( 2/08/2002; MB 20.11.2002).

Here you'll find the different steps of how to place an order:

At first, sign in as a new customer. Choose the products you want to buy and place them in your cart. Check out.

Your order is only valid after receiving a confirmation email.

We don't offer volume discounts.

Step 1 : You enter your order. ( minimum 150 eur. )

From that very moment, the price is fixed. You know exactly how much you have to pay. There will be no unexpected additional costs (tax, fee or customs ) within the EU.

Step 2 : You receive an email with our bank details and your order reference. ( as all free Microsoft/hotmail email addresses don't work properly, check status online in the MY ORDERS section bottom right on the site when you're logged in ) We recommend to open a free GMAIL email account , that way you won't miss any important message.

Step 3 :Payments must be received within 4 days.

Step 4 : When the payment has arrived, you receive an email. And your invoice is created.

Step 5 : Your order is shipped and you are sent an email**. All necessary customs clearance documents will be in the parcel.

Step 6 : You receive a tracking link.***

** Most orders are shipped between 4 hours and 5 business days after receipt of payment or arrival of pre-sale coins. Orders can be collected on appointment after payment receipt at a local access point in Brussels; this does not imply a discount on the shipping and handling costs . The expected delivery dates of pre-sales coins can sometimes be extended, please check for updates on the product page.

Buy-back orders and details have to be fixed by email. Offers have to be approved within 12 hours.
